Protect-it and Protect-it MAXI at CEMAT 2008

Cemat 2008 one of the worlds largest logistics trade shows occurred late last month in Hanover Germany. Our good friends at IWS exhibited and I just wanted everyone to know what a fantastic job they have done representing Protect-it and Protect-it MAXI not only for us but also for our distributor family around the world.

The attached photographs were taken just before the exhibition opened and you can see that Protect-it and the new Protect-it MAXI were prominently feartured, attacting unprecedented interest from around the world.

It was particularly pleasing that our distributors from the USA, Canada, South Africa, UK, Scandinavia, Spain, Austria, Australia, UAE and Cyprus  also visited the stand resulting in potential business for all, and proving the power of networking.

New Products

Protect-it MAXI is our latest product offering. Designed specifically for Structual Column protection, this versatile product is supplied in olny one SKU called a MAXI pack. Multiples of the MAXI pack can be connected together to create a column protector of literally any size, shape and height. Samples are currently being tested in Australia, South Africa, Canada and Germany. This product will revolutionize the industry.

NEW Protect-it 102 range impacts Iceland
The Protect-it 102 product range is now available for sale. The Protect-it 102 has been designed for pallet rack columns ranging in width from 110mm to 120mm. The new range was developed in response to a request from a client in Iceland who asked for a purpose designed Protect-it to suit their earthquake prone region. They specifically requested Protect-it technology rather than steel “bolt down” guards because of past experiences with both types of protector. Protect-it now offers the biggest range of column protectors in the world, with products to suit columns ranging from 75mm wide to 120mm wide.

Our range of products are continually improving and expanding. We have recently released the Protect-it™ 101 series which includes 10 new products. Designed to replace the Protect-it™ 100 series, the Protect-it™ 101 range fits more columns and offers improved features at a lower cost than the Protect-it™ 100 products. Protect-it Wins International Design Award!
We're proud to announce that Protect-it has won a 2006 GOOD DESIGN Award from the Chicago Athenaeum Museum. GOOD DESIGN is the world's oldest and most celebrated international design awards program, and we're thrilled with our award! We hope to see Protect-it in the museum's travelling exhibition hitting the road across Nth America and Europe in 2007.

Distributor appointed in Spain.
We welcome Aremsa to our rapidly growing distribution family. Aremsa has a long history in the manufacture, design and installation of industrial storage systems dating back to 1954. Our first container of Protect-it column guards is due to arrive in Spain in October 2006.

Protect-it 100 now available!
Our latest design features a number of improvements over the Protect-it 90 including greater impact performance, enhanced clipping and reduced cost. Protect-it 100 will be on display at the Sydney Safety Show from 26-28 October 2005 (stand 51). Please come and visit us!
